Hundreds and thousands of students and people were into a peaceful protest against the ban of Jallikattu in Tamil nadu. Jallikattu is a bull tanning sport which is a tradition in Tamil nadu from so many years. Supreme court of India banned Jallikattu in mat 2014 treating it as a cruelty towards animals. People sat throughout the night near Marina beach and protesting and demanding continuation of Jallikattu and ban on animal rights group PETA.Today Cheif minister of Tamil nadu Mr. panneerselvam will meet PM Modi to discuss this issue.
