In 1958-59 our prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru was the first person to present Union budget. Only Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi have presented the budget while serving as PM. This year our finance minister Arun Jaitley is presenting the budget on February 1 2017.
